So i want to talk about the amazing Zoeva Rose Gold Palette. I ordered mine a few weeks ago from BeautyBay, it looked like such a beautiful palette although i was slightly apprehensive as to how good it would really be because it was only 18 pounds.
However, when it came and i opened it i was so excited because the colours looked even better in person, i swatched some of the colours and they were so pigmented! I was so excited to create an eye look with the colours, i really loved the shimmer colours and i think its a good combination of shimmery shades with a few matte shades too.
The palette contains ten shades, which for 18 pound is so good. Seven of the shades are shimmery and the other three are matte. I personally enjoy using the shimmery colours more than the matte, just because i like the shimmer shades more. I'm not a huge fan of the bottom right two shades, i haven't used them once since i got the palette but that's just down to preference of colours which i use and which suit me.
The eye shadows are really soft and sort of a creamy texture, they blend out really well and really easily so its super easy to create a quick and simple look that looks like you've spent quite a bit of time on it which is perfect for when your going to work or whatever!
After trying this palette i think I'm going to purchase the Zoeva Cocoa Blend Palette, because i am really impressed with the quality of the shadows especially for the price. The cocoa blend palette contains more matte shades that shimmers, and it has some really beautiful colours in the palette so i think that will definitely be my next palette purchase! ♥
